1. The service

BeholdBeat offers original songs with videos, lessons, interactive exercises and PDF materials for students and teachers. The service is free and provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuity or freedom from errors.

2. Account

• Some content (PDF downloads, saving your progress) requires a free account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to beholdbeat.official@gmail.com.

3. Intellectual property

Songs, lyrics, lessons, exercises and PDFs are original works by BeholdBeat and protected by copyright. You may use them for personal study and in class with your students. You may not:

• republish, sell or redistribute the content without written permission;
• remove any reference to BeholdBeat from the materials;
• use the content for commercial purposes.

4. Third-party content

Videos are hosted on YouTube and subject to YouTube's terms. Google sign-in is subject to Google's terms.

5. Limitation of liability

BeholdBeat is a hobby project: we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for any damage arising from use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page is the one in force.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the consumer's court has jurisdiction where applicable.
